Why do you need a coach?

Simply put as Eric Schmidt CEO of Google, says in the video. We are not aware or been taught as to how to manage our thoughts, frustrations, and what drives our thoughts and behaviours.

When this happens it is easy for us to sabotage our personal or business success unconsciously.

My role as a coach is to assist my clients in recognizing these behaviors and or thoughts and help them to raise their awareness so that they can build new learning strategies.

How does your coaching differ from other coaches?

Having studied a vast array of different aspects of human behavior, leadership, psychology, science, spirituality and metaphysics.

I draw upon this knowledge to provide greater learning in our coaching, whether drawing from quantum physics, philosophy, anthropology, systems theory, psychology or simply everyday situations to create a holonical approach to learning for your growth.

What does being the #1 Leadership Coach mean?

As Gandhi said "Be the change you want to see". For me to create the change I believe is possible for all my clients, I had to starting owning being a #1 Leadership Coach and fully step in to and own the years of success that I have created for my clients.

Being the number #1 in your life whether a coach, leader, parent, entrepreneur, manger, doesn't mean having the most number, or greatest revenues or tallest children or clients!

Its about quality of serving other to enabling them to also be the best in their lives. Additionally I know many #1 coaches personally, who are friends of mine , not least my wife Laura West, and my own personal coach Steve Mitten ex President of the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

One question I have been asked many times over the years by clients is, how do I become… "the director from the manager", "the successful business owner from the being an employee", "the successful entrepreneur mom from the startup".

What are your rates?

Coaching rates are based upon how much you earn or are a Corporate client, I have five bands of rates based upon how much an individual earns annually this is then broken down into a package of 10 coaching sessions of 1hr in length, every 2 weeks lasting approximately 6 months.

For Facilitation and Workshops – Rates are based upon a corporate rate which is either hourly or daily depending on length of project requirements, design consideration, and program delivery, please contact me to discuss your requirements.
